Advantages
Very reliable company. We had dozens of flights together and I never had a problem with this company. If there was a need to change a schedule after confirmation or during the flight, they always try to meet new requirements at minimum cost. If there is AOG they always try to find suitable substitution.
The best ways to work with them and to guarantee excellent price is to stipulate certain requirements, such as minimal YOM and aircraft type and to give them some space for maneuvering.

Disadvantages
Prices could be relatively high from the very beginning, but they are always ready to discuss the price and meet required budget.
Changes in schedule sometimes cost money, but you will always be warned in advance so you have a choice to make this change or not.
Quality of work depends mostly on exact manager.
