Wide range of aircrafts that are distributed all over Europe allows them to offer good prices and sometimes it is nearly empty-leg price.
Good quality of service, good aircrafts. You can rely on them.

Disadvantages
They can't give you exact tale number in advance. They offer good price, but they offer you closest possible aircraft and they don't know what tale it is going to be till the very last day. It is fine with Legacy, for example, but if it goes to XLS and only 4 of them could provide hot catering out of 6 in the fleet, they can't guarantee hot catering and for many russian clients this is a problem.
