Advantages
Very good aircraft with a unique 15-pax cabin. The interior was refurbished last year so it looks really new. Crew is professional and friendly. In case you have more than 10 pax 2nd flight attendant is strongly recommended.

Disadvantages
Owner's approval required for this aircraft and sometimes it could be difficult and long.
